Classes, learning content, assessments and report cards in an online environment: Tiva Safe’s school-digitalisation project from 1390 SH.
In 1390 SH, Tiva Safe implemented a web-based smart-school system. The project moved several parts of school operations into a shared online structure for educational information and day-to-day activities. It is one of the company’s early experiences of translating an educational organisation’s processes into software.
Class information and learning materials were organised within the platform. This provided a common structure for educational work and resource delivery, giving the school a web environment alongside its in-person activities.
Assessments and report cards were also available online. Connecting them with class and content information brought learning and evaluation into the same environment and made results accessible through the platform.
The system was delivered and used during its period of operation and has not continued. It is presented as a historical part of Tiva Safe’s work, showing that connecting business processes has been part of the company’s projects since its early years.
