Clarity in collaboration

Privacy notice

This policy explains what information the website receives, how it is used to respond to your enquiry, and how you can request a review, correction or deletion of your information

Information we receive

The contact forms collect your name, optional organisation name, description of your needs, intended market, language, contact details and any request to arrange confidentiality. Provide only the information needed to explain your enquiry and continue the conversation. Do not include passwords, banking information or confidential documents in the form.

Purpose and access

We use the information to assess your needs, respond and follow up your enquiry. Access to the enquiry inbox is limited to the site administrator and authorised enquiry-management staff. Contact details, enquiry text and internal notes do not appear in site search or on the public receipt page.

Recording your enquiry and notifying the administrator

A tracking reference is displayed after the enquiry has been saved successfully. A copy is emailed to the site administrator; Gmail also processes the information in that message as part of its transmission and storage. Form text is not stored in persistent browser storage. If a connection error occurs, the information remains in the form while the same page stays open.

Retention, correction and deletion

Information is retained for as long as it is needed to assess and follow up the enquiry or fulfil related obligations. Use the contact address on this page to request a review, correction or deletion of your information. Deletion requests are considered in light of applicable legal requirements and related obligations. Removal from the current database does not immediately remove copies from backups or received email; those copies must be addressed within their respective retention processes.

Essential cookies and contacting us

Essential cookies support form security, your language choice and secure administrator sign-in. To ask about information you have submitted or how your enquiry is handled, contact Tiva Safe at the email address on this page and include the tracking reference if available.

Language preference and trust mark

The entry page uses a local country database to suggest a language. This feature neither sends the visitor IP to an external geolocation service nor stores it. A manual language choice is kept in an essential cookie for up to one year. Only the Persian version requests the official eNamad image after the page has loaded and the footer is near view; that service receives the usual network request information. English and Arabic use a local image. Opening the verification link takes you to the eNamad website.
