A bilingual platform for Narvan that turns industrial energy and activity data into emissions calculations and comprehensive reports.
Developed for Narvan in Persian and English, this platform organises emission-source information from factories and industrial sites. Fuel, heat, steam, transport and combustion activity are captured in a common structure so the organisation’s emissions can be calculated from its operational data.
The distinctive engineering work lies in the complex formulas and extensive reference data they require. Operational quantities must be combined with the relevant reference inputs and calculation rules. Implementing the relationship between these inputs and the resulting calculations was a central part of the project.
Users can review emissions over the periods they need. Cost information and supporting operational data are recorded alongside the calculations, giving the resulting report context rather than presenting an isolated final number. Both Persian and English support the working process.
The platform supports gathering and presenting information for assessment and standards-related processes. Its role is to organise data, calculations and reports; assessment and any certification remain the responsibility of the relevant authority. This distinction makes input quality and a reviewable calculation process particularly important.
