Driver and smart-card enquiries, online permits and waybills, and dedicated financial and operational workflows for road transport companies.
Designed and developed by Tiva Safe in 1396 SH, this project connected the operational stages of road transport companies in a web-based environment. It covered the path from receiving an order and checking initial information to issuing relevant documents and following the financial and operational work.
The process began with driver and smart-card enquiries and continued to online permit and waybill creation with tracking codes. The project’s supplied historical record states that official access to the national road transport organisation’s relevant services was available for that engagement.
Real-time ordering through the platform was connected with workflow and financial management for transport companies. Bringing orders, transport documents and financial activity together provided a shared software structure for related parts of the business.
The project was delivered and used during its operating period and did not continue afterwards. Its place in Tiva’s experience is the integration of official services, transport-document rules and business operations in a web application; no current access or continuing operation is implied.
