For Hezar Aluminium Industries, Tiva developed infrastructure connecting customer intake and specialist ordering with the design and execution unit. The workflow continues towards the melting and rolling plant, allowing order information to remain connected as work moves into the industrial process.
The project focused on relationships between work stages. Orders, design activity and execution follow-up were organised as one workflow, so each stage could continue from the preceding context. Software therefore supports coordination between different operational roles.
Alongside order and production-related workflows, electronic payslip issuance and delivery were implemented. Controlled online access to these records addressed a separate organisational need within the platform’s range of services.
Tender, auction and corporate-information functions were also within the implemented scope. The platform brings customer interaction, internal coordination and organisational communication together while recognising the different needs and audiences of each area.
