Ordibehesht brings jewellery retail and gold bullion trading into a single bespoke platform. The challenge went beyond an online catalogue: each activity had its own business rules, information and follow-up requirements. Tiva Safe analysed these processes and translated them into a coherent operating structure for the business.
The bullion area was developed under the dedicated name Qollak. It gives this service its own identity and workflow within the platform while connecting it to the business’s financial operations. Separating its rules from product retail made it possible to present two different services without losing operational continuity.
The platform also covers live online prize draws, seminar administration and attendee registration, alongside an gold-price forecasting capability. These functions bring several customer touchpoints into the same software environment. Forecasting is presented as a platform capability, not as a guarantee of market movements or financial returns.
A substantial part of the project involved underlying connections to accounting software and the structuring of business operations. The purpose was not simply to move data between tools: the business needed an understandable path from service presentation to operational follow-up. This approach connects the storefront, Qollak and engagement tools as parts of one platform.
