Since 2010, Tiva Safe’s work has grown from organisational infrastructure responsibilities into platforms used in everyday business. Security, industry, gold, care and education pose different challenges; our shared focus is understanding the process and building software that works with it.

In its early years, Tiva supported the security and web infrastructure of 169 public-sector bodies in Kerman through a direct provincial-government engagement during 1390–1394 SH. This completed chapter reinforced the importance of continuity, follow-up and understanding the operating environment, later carried into bespoke software projects.
Ordibehesht and Talasho centre on transaction rules and product presentation; Yas connects patient records and charitable support; industrial work links orders and execution; network and standards platforms emphasise control and traceability. We take these differences seriously, clarifying workflows, roles and data before selecting the tools.
Software’s value does not stop at handover. Analysis, architecture, implementation and connections to existing systems should also leave a clear path for future change. Reviewable deliverables, documented decisions and coordination with the client team therefore matter in Tiva’s work, both in bespoke projects and in its own Team product.
